2023 Annual Meeting

Minutes from Annual Meeting 2023, special thanks to Lanie D’Alessandro

1. Pledge of allegiance led by Carol Nash

2. The Financial Report was given by Joe Cucci. Details at the end of this document.

3. Election of officers. 

1. Gene Powell, President

2.  Aldo Vrh, Vice President

3. Joe Cucci, Treasurer

4. Joe Cucci, Temporary Secretary

      4. A matrix will be setup detailing duties of each officer and be added to the bylaws.

      5.  Front Entrance mulching will be handled by Cipriano

      6 Yard Sale, scheduled for Nov. 11. So far there are 12 participants. No hot dog sales this year. New signs have been purchased, contact Carol Nash for details.

      7. Golf Cart Parade is scheduled for December 2. 

      8. There are 7 lots left that are cut, they will be an attempt to get the lots cut quarterly.

      9. New grills will be purchased when needed.

     10. Wreaths for front entrance may have to be replace.

      11. Dues for 2024 are starting to be collected. We will attempt to make payments available to be made online.
